Powers:
- Cannons: Baltan can fire numerous missile-like cannon blasts from his claws at the same time.
- Blinding Flashes: When needed, Baltan can emit blinding flashes of light from his claws.
- Teleportation: Baltan can teleport short distances at will.
- Size Change: Baltan can increase his size from that of a human to that of a giant monster’s at will.
- Human Disguise: Baltan can take on a human disguise to blend in with human society.

History: The most famous of alien invaders, the latest Baltan arrived with invasion intentions. After disguising himself as a small boy and infiltrating U.G.M, Baltan was taken for a ride on one of the fighter craft, Takeshi’s craft. After revealing itself to the human, Takeshi ejected from the jet and set it to self-destruct. Through the explosion, Baltan flew! After snipping the strands of the human’s parachute with his claws, Baltan was faced with Ultraman 80!

The insect-like invader kept the hero down, using his teleportation to dodge and attack. As the alien mother ship flew in, covering the ground around 80 with explosions, it seemed the Earth would finally belong to the Baltan race. The giant, however, wouldn’t allow this to happen. Fighting through the assault, he grabbed the alien and threw it into the ship. The space ship exploded along with Baltan, ending their latest invasion scheme.

- Energy Beams: Baltan can fire missile-strength beams of energy from his claws.
- Cannons: Baltan can fire numerous missile-like cannon blasts from his claws at the same time.
- Bagging: When needed, Baltan can release a beam of energy from his claws. This beam will engulf targets and eventually shrink them down so that several human-sized objects can fit in a single bag.
- Teleportation: Baltan can teleport short distances at will.
- Size Change: Baltan can increase his size from that of a human to that of a giant monster’s at will.
