Powers:
- Regeneration: The Wendigo has a highly enhanced healing factor that allows him to quickly recover, from grievous wounds, including even removal of major organs, like the heart for example.
- Sharp Claws: Wendigo's fingers and toes are tipped with razor-sharp claws capable of even piercing the Hulk's hide, a feat usually reserved for metals such as adamantium, due to a combination of the toughness of said claws as well as the Wendigo's massive physical strength.
Weaknesses: The Wendigo tends to be an almost utterly mindless beast, almost all vestiges of the persons it once was seemingly gone. Though this can be counteracted by certain spells, allowing that person to have full control over the power of the Wendigo.

History: The creature known as the Wendigo has existed within the Canadian wilderness for seemingly centuries, as the result of a mystical curse placed upon those who eat human flesh within that region. As a result, there have been many Wendigos over the years, each another victim of the curse. The first superhuman to run into this creature was the Hulk, though many other heroes would eventually have similar altercations over the following years. Including Wolverine, She-Hulk, Captain Marvel, Nightcrawler, Werewolf by Night, and the group Alpha Flight to name a few. Almost each battle has led to the creature either being killed or freed from the curse. Recently, it has been revealed that there now exists a pack of Wendigos in and around the Bering Strait. How or why this came to be has yet to be determined.
