Powers:
- Stench: Under certain circumstances, 4-12 is capable of generating an intense stench that is a mix of skunk entrails, panther urine, and cougar excrement. Not only does this allow 4-12 to generate an intense stink, but also a way to escape the hungry jaws of larger predators if swallowed.
- X-Ray Vision: 4-12 has a type of X-Ray vision in which he can see through walls and objects to find prey more easier.

History: Designed for the military, 4-12 was the brainchild of scientist Cletus Poffenberger. Before the project could be fully finished, however, the lab it was designed it was closed by the government and 4-12 was left in the care of its creator for 30 years. Feeding on a rare form of cactus, the creature was kept docile as long as it fed on the plant. As the years passed, the plant began to vanish in the valley. After all these years, the mighty 4-12 turned on its creator and escaped into the wild with Cletus following for days.

After being found b y Burt Gummer, Cletus’ warnings fell on deaf ears. Only after 4-12 killed one of Rosalita’s horses did everything start to make sense. The horned creation soon found its way into town and killed a tourist biker before chasing Tyler, Jodi, and Nancy as they tried to escape in the tour truck.

Once everyone met in town, 4-12 once again ran back into town. While the ladies escaped, Burt and the rest tried to fight it off, but its x-ray vision allowed it to see through the walls and predict the coming attack. Their plan foiled, the four planned to take shelter in Tyler’s garage, but the oncoming El Blanco quickly swallowed the four-legged creature. Looking on with awe, the group's relief was short lived. El Blanco, the great white Graboid, emerged from the ground and threw up its catch thanks to its horrid stench.

The group, after El Blanco left, rushed into the garage. Despite Cletus’ attempts to talk to the man-made animal, the monster burst through the wall where it was bathed in flames from a quickly-made flamethrower. The creature ran outside where another stream of burning flame was launched on its form. Now blackened and dead, 4-12’s body was buried by Cletus and crowned by the specific cactus that would have prevented its death.
