Powers:
- Radioactive Acid Sap: Biollante can spray an enemy with radioactive acid sap from her jaw ending tentacles.
- Vines: Like normal, everyday plants, Biollante has many vines. Instead of just planting themselves in the soil, these vines, some of which are tipped with lethal jaws, can be used as if spears or ropes to ensnare foes.
- Regeneration: Biollante has an enhanced regenerative ability that allows her to heal just about any given damage in a matter of seconds.
- Spores: When Biollante needs to leave an area, she can transform herself into small glowing spores and float into the sky and come back in that form.

Weaknesses: Nuclear energy-based attacks have a negative effect on her cell devision meaning it makes it much harder for her to regenerate wounds.

History: Created by combining the cells of Godzilla, a rose, and Erika Shirigami, the Rose form of Biollante slowly grew inside Dr. Shirigami's lab. When Biomajor, a terrorist group looking for the A.N.E.B, broke into his lab, Biollante was released into the world. A single tentacle killed both operatives while a third managed to escape. The huge plant took a new home in the waters of Lake Ashino, and waited for her reptilian brother to arrive.

Calling out to Godzilla, Biollante's wish was soon granted as the monster king stormed through the war machines that dared to oppose him. The massive plant was quick to attack with her tentacles, but Godzilla's atomic ray proved her down fall as it had adverse affects on her cells. The monster king demolished walls of tentacles with his powerful beam of nuclear holocaust, and destroyed her energy sac. Biollante's body burst into flames, and turned into thousands of spores that drifted into the air.

History: After defeating the Rose Biollante, Godzilla then started his rampage through Osaka, at one point, being injected with the A.N.E.B. While it was soon found out, Godzilla is cold blooded, and he needs to be heated for it to work. So a plan is devised, to lure him to the Thunder Control system. Godzilla stepped on the TC mines, slowly raising his temperature as he was attacked by the J.S.D.F. Not causing much damage nor raising his temperature enough, glowing spores rained from the ground. Tentacles burst from the soft soil and smashed into J.S.D.F forces, and soon, Biollante rose to the ground, in her final, massive form.

Godzilla and Biollante, while not being brother and sister, they were the same creature, made from the same cells. Godzilla and Biollante fought, in what seemed a stand still, until Biollante sprayed Godzilla with a huge amount of radioactive acid sap from her massive mouth, bringing Godzilla's temperature up, and allowing the A.N.E.B to take full affect on the monster king. The behemoth began to stumble back and fell into water, leaving the mammoth plant as the victor of the battle. While Godzilla was destined to return again, the plant transformed into thousands of spores, and vanished into the space.
