Powers:
- Mega-Buster Ray: MechaGodzilla can fire the mega-buster ray from his mouth. This is MechaGodzilla's primary attack and can be used to deal heavy damage to opposing monsters.
- Lasers: MechaGodzilla can fire powerful lasers from his eyes. These beams have enough strength to wound monsters like Rodan.
- Plasma Grenade: MechaGodzilla can absorb heat and radioactive energy and use it to do the plasma grenade in his stomach, this beam can kill Rodan is just a few hits and severely wound creatures like Godzilla.
- Paralysis Missiles: MechaGodzilla can fire paralysis missiles from his shoulders, capable of keeping Godzilla down.
- Shock Anchors: MechaGodzilla can fire shock anchors from his wrists that can sent electric currents into the target once sunk in.
- NT. 20 Diamond Armor: MechaGodzilla is built of NT. 20 diamond armor, capable of absorbing heat and radiation.
- Combine: MechaGodzilla can combine with Garuda to form Super MechaGodzilla.

History: Built by the most brilliant minds in the world, and armed with the most high tech of weapons and defense systems from the present and future, thanks to technology from Mecha-King Ghidorah, MechaGodzilla is armed to the bone with the best of the best of weapons. With Garuda not strong enough to protect Japan from attacking monsters, MechaGodzilla is all that stands in the way of threats from Godzilla.
When Godzilla rose from the slimy depths of the ocean to reclaim Baby Godzilla that was taken from Adonoa Island, MechaGodzilla was sent on its first mission to bring down the towering behemoth. The machine landed in the Japan country side, confronting the massive mutation. Godzilla unleashed his atomic ray, but MechaGodzilla stood tall, absorbing the energy with his NT. 20 Diamond Skin and redirecting it back at the monster in the form of the Plasma Grenade. Godzilla was blasted back, and MechaGodzilla fired its shock anchors into Godzilla's rubbery hide. As the machine began to pump millions of volts of electricity into Godzilla's body, the monster king used his nuclear pulse to send the electricity back, frying nearly every circuit in MechaGodzilla's body. The highly advanced robot fell to the ground in need of repairs, and Godzilla advanced into the city.
It took days to repair the machine, and also make minor changes for the ultimate form of Super MechaGodzilla, but at last, the finishing touches were done, and just in time. Searching for Baby Godzilla also, Fire Rodan entered Japan airspace and snatched the container housing Baby Godzilla and Azusa, the bait that'd lead Godzilla to a destined battle ground.
MechaGodzilla was deployed against the creature, and the massive winged reptile proved a challenge. The creature's pecking damaged one of the eye cannons, but the robot's state of the arts weapons easily dispatched the flying kaiju. As MechaGodzilla was given its first victory, a familiar monster was raising from the water not far away.
Godzilla once again lumbered into the city, and once again, looking for Baby Godzilla. MechaGodzilla knew it needed more fire power to bring down the monster king, and the Garuda docked with its back. The added energy and fire power repaired MechaGodzilla's eye cannon, and also gave it a major upper hand against Godzilla.
The machine laid waste to Godzilla with an avalanche of attacks, and Godzilla was soon lying near unconscious. As the robot used all its attacks, it finally was given the order to use the shock anchors to destroy Godzilla's secondary brain. Godzilla fell to the ground, nearly dead as the electrical volts devastated his body and destroyed the second brain.
As Godzilla was laying near death, Fire Rodan showed a sign of life and flew over to the wounded monster, and transformed its body into a blizzard of energy particles. The energy revived Godzilla, and super charged him, while it overloaded MechaGodzilla's armor and began to eat away at it as if an acid. Godzilla stood up, roaring in a mixture of triumph and anger as it unloaded the spiral beam on MechaGodzilla. The man-made titan tried to fight back, but not even its state of the art weapons could handle the tyrant's power. MechaGodzilla fell back, its body engulfed in flames. The beam tore through Super MechaGodzilla's body, sending huge chunks of its body through the air, and the machine was laid to rest forever.
