Powers:
- Grenades: Mechani-Kong has huge grenades around its waist, like a belt. These grenades can be pulled off and then dropped, creating medium sized explosions.
- Blinding Lights: Mechani-Kong can emit blinding flashes of light from its eyes.
- Hypnotic Light: Mechani-Kong can emit a hypnotic light from its head; this can bring monsters under Dr. Who's control, but it takes several seconds to fully take effect.

History: Created and owned by Dr. Who, Mechani-Kong originally had one true purpose, and that was to mine the rare Element X for sales to an unknown country. As the machine moved through the crater that housed the element, and its grenades pathed a new opening, the dangerous material had a negative affect on its circuits, and the machine was damaged, making the International Judas seek out the original Kong, but even that failed, and as the mighty ape escaped his clutches, Mechani-Kong was sent out, but could not follow into the icy waters, and watched on as Kong vanished into the horizon.
Dr. Who and his goons were quick to take action as the monster stepped ashore, the military of Japan dazed and confused at the creature's arrival. After escaping Dr. Who's clutches, Susan Watson managed to calm the ape down, but Mechani-Kong burst from one of the near by buildings, ready to battle. King Kong charged forward, but the robot's hypnotic light seemed to mesmerize him until Jiro Nomura shot the weapon with his gun, making it malfunction and allowing Kong to swat it off its skull. As the battle was fought, Mechani-Kong charged Susan and picked her up, and headed for the massive Tokyo Tower where it began to climb up. King Kong was quick to follow, and rescued the girl before meeting Mechani-Kong at the top of the tower where the final battle began. The mighty machine proved little of a match at that great of height, and as the fighters battled, the top of the tower collapsed, sending Mechani-Kong to its death from well over one hundred feet.
