Powers:
- Halo Beam: Glinda can fire a beam of energy from between her halo. This beam, when it strikes smaller vehicles such as tanks, will make them burn red before exploding.
- Sword: Glinda can pull out the handle of a sword from her leg, and the sword will then extend from the handle.
- Extraordinary Jumper: Glinda can jump high and far through the air.

History: After discovering a long lost secret within the Wayneright's mansion, Dorothy, Roger Smith, and Angel accidently awoken the huge famine machine. The Military Police were quick to act and tried to halt its advance, but its halo beam easily defeated her foes. Roger Smith called Big O into action once more and challenged the speedy robot. When its flurry of kicks and jumps failed to defeat Big O, the machine pulled out its sword, and charged forward. On the first shot, it did damage to Big O's arm shields, but Roger was ready for the second, and extended Big O's fist, smashing the sword when it struck, he then uppercuted the machine, and after it flew back and landed, unloaded the O Thunder on the robot, destroying it for good.
