Powers:
- BariBarian: Mike Sounders 13, in Cosmos Robo form, was built to go hand-in-hand with the BariBarian. The BariBarian is a small ship that he is capable of riding around on.
- System Change: Mike Sounders 13 is capable of System Changing into his Boom Robo form, and then back again.

History: Made by American to act as a defense against alien threats, the Mike Sounders series has the latest in sound-based technology. Utilizing various sound waves, they can destroy and power nearly anything at will. While thirteen were created, only one, Mike Sounders 13, or MIC 13, was sent to Japan to be unveiled. That one, whom was lost at sea when struck by a tsunami, became close friends with Mamuro. His friendship soon led him into a full-time position with GGG, helping the group defeat the Zondar threat and also awaken his true powers. Once the Primevals attacked and destroyed GGG's Bay Tower base, Mike and the other GGG robots were relocated to the Orbital Base. Now reunited with his twelve brothers, MIC 13 aids his friends in battle even more, while destroying the threats the come close to the base with the Solitarian Wave.

Afterward, the MIC force continued to do their job right up until the end. When facing the J-Master, not even the entire force's Solitarian Wave could destroy it. The beast reversed the attack and destroyed all but one of the thirteen. The survivor was Mike 13, and with the remaining forces, he ventured inside the master and helped aid in its destruction. After that, with the destruction of the Primevals finished, Mike's work still wasn't finished. Once Zonuda attacked the base, Mike, like the rest, was hit by its devastating powers. He remained active just long enough to help swap the others' A.I. into the Gao Machines before he too was shut down, but after the new Zondar's death, GGG was capable of fixing its damage, and the lovable MIC 13 returned to perfect health.

Powers:
- Gira Girahn Double V: Mike Sounders 13 is equipped with Mike Sounders 13, a double, rocking guitar-like weapon that uses sound waves to attack enemies.
- Disk M: When Mike Sounders 13 inserts Disk M into his chest, he is capable of playing the song The Power of Desire. This song uses intense microwave and sound waves, giving him a very powerful form of attack that can cripple many forms of machinery.
- Disk P: Disk P, like Disk M, when inserted into his chest, will allow him to play a song. The Disk is a power-up modulator, allowing Mike Sounders 13 to revive any G-Stone driven robot's GS-Ride, and also replenishes and increases their power.
- Disk X: Disk X is Mike Sounders 13's strongest weapon. Each X Disk has the information gathered on Zondar Metal, allowing Mike to completely destroy their wavelength and frequency, thus, shattering his enemies.
- Sound Sonar: Mike Sounders 13 can utilize sound as the perfect form of sonar, allowing him to find any stranded humans or robots that can't be seen in any other way.
- Studio 7: Mike Sounders 13, in Boom Robo Form, is capable of riding on the Studio 7, a slightly transformed BariBarian.
