Powers:
- Ultra Double Flasher: Energies combined with his brother, Ultraman Leo, allow Astra and Leo to fire a devastating beam from their combined hands. This attack can kill several monsters in just one hit.
- Ultra Double Spark: Fired with his brother, Ultraman Leo, Astra can use the Ultra Double Spark to repair broken objects that can’t be repaired via any other means.
- Size Change: Astra can change his size from that of a giant’s to that of a human at will.
