- Acid Spray: Demos can emit a steady stream of acid from the top of its head. This acid is strong enough to eat through buildings in a short amount of time.
- Pieces: Demos can separate into several small, dog-sized pieces that will come back together to form Demos.

History: The third flying saucer beast unleashed by Commander Black, Demos started life as several small creatures that attacked and fed on humans. When cornered by a group of angry people, one of the pieces summoned the others. They came together, forming a towering a flying, spider-like monster! The creature went on a rampage and began dissolving buildings until Gen turned into Ultraman Leo. The hero saved one of the falling buildings before attacking the creature. Dodging its acid, Leo then fired an energy blast into its body, making the fiend blow up.
