History: Another alien beast sent to Earth by Commander Black, Hanglar began to feed on the freeway cars. Devouring cars by the many, the fish-like creature ventured underground and eventually began to attack the city. Gen attacked the creature with a giant balloon, hoping to confuse it when it popped and the material covered it, but the plan failed. The creature began to feed again, and soon a brave man tried to kill it off by driving a gas truck into its gapping maw.
The plan failed, but the human managed to survive.
This attack enraged Hanglar and it began to spew fire onto the city. Without any options, Gen summoned Ultraman Leo. The fish-like creature, however, was no pushover and almost managed to break the hero’s arm! Before the monster could finish the hero, Astra came to his aid! Unable to fight both giants at once, Hanglar was overpowered. Astra shrunk his body and flew into its maw and ripped out of its back, successfully killing the beast.
