Powers: - Weapons: Zeiram has many weapons located in his body, likely stolen from his victims. These weapons primarily consist of various guns, which he can fire without even removing from his body simply by extending their barrels from his skin. - Tentacle Jaw: The small white face on Zeiram’s forehead can extend out to great lengths on a tentacle in order to bite foes with its sharp teeth. It’s also strong enough to easily punch through a human’s skull. - Strength: Zeiram is strong enough to lift and throw a 12-foot concrete pillar across a warehouse with a single arm, and send vehicles sliding across the ground with a single shove. - Shield: Zieram is equipped with an invisible, form-fitting energy shield which easily repels heavy gunfire and explosions. - Skeleton Life: If his main body is killed, Zeiram’s biomechanical skeleton will rip free of the corpse and continue fighting. - Head Life: If Zeiram is decapitated, his head is able to continue to function and attack by flying around and ripping into his foes with his tentacle jaw. - Monster Spawn: Zeiram can create monsters by using the genetic material he’s assimilated from his victims. - Regeneration: Zeiram possesses very rapid regeneration, and is able to grow a whole new body just from his head. - Computer Infect: Zeiram can infect and control computers.

History: Bounty hunter Iria and her computerized partner Bob accepted an assignment to intercept the powerful alien Zeiram on a backwater planet known as Earth. When Bob set up a Zone, a type of virtual reality area, to trap Zeiram, two men, Teppei and Kamiya, accidentally became trapped in the area themselves. Going into the Zone to capture Zeiram and rescue the men, Iria quickly confronted the alien monster. After a hard battle, Zeiram was subdued. However, just as Iria was about to teleport herself, the two men, and Zeiram out of the Zone, one of the clone creatures Zeiram created earlier attacked. Iria and the monster were taken back to reality, leaving the men alone with the frozen Zeiram.
While waiting for Iria to return, Teppei and Kamiya were attacked by another of Zeiram’s clone monsters. They managed to kill it, but in the struggle accidentally freed Zeiram himself. They quickly fled, running for their lives yet again until Iria could return with heavier weapons.
With time before the Zone dissolved running out, Iria was finally able to come to the rescue. After being blasted with a powerful cannon, Zeiram fell to the ground dead. At least, it seemed that way for a few moments. The alien’s skeleton ripped free from its body and resumed the battle anew.
Powers: - Regenerate: If the head of the Skeletal Zeiram is removed, it can fly around and also eventually start to regenerate into Zeiram.
Weaknesses: If the small white face on Skeletal Zeiram’s forehead is destroyed, he will die.

History: After being blasted with a powerful cannon, Zeiram fell to the ground dead. At least, it seemed that way for a few moments. The alien’s skeleton ripped free from its body and resumed the battle anew. As Iria’s cannon only had a single round, the group rushed for the Metis cannon, an even stronger weapon which Bob had to specially send in. Unfortunately, Bob’s aim was off and the weapon was transported to the top floor of the building. The skeleton relentlessly followed them up the stairs, unaffected by Iria’s secondary weapons. After finally reaching the top floor and retrieving the weapon, Iria blew Zeiram to bits with a single shot.
Zeiram, however, still refused to die.

History: After being transported back to the real world, its severed head rose into the air, where Iria quickly captured it within a containment cell. Immediately after teleporting it back to reality, the head awakened and began flying about, despite being trapped. It smashed into the transembler unit, freeing itself and damaging the unit, trapping Iria in the Zone in the process. To the shock of the men, the head flipped over and sprouted an entirely new, albeit deformed and unarmored, body. While Teppei held off the alien, Kamiya helped Bob repair the transembler. Just as Zeiram was about to finish off Teppei, Iria came through the portal and finished the alien off with her handgun.

He can likewise initiate the destruction of these Zones at will, making them slowly disintegrate over the course of several minutes and destroying anyone trapped inside.

History: Years after Iria destroyed Zeiram, an experiment was conducted to harness the thing’s power. After installing the tentacle jaw in a new, fully mechanical body, he was sent to aid Iria on a mission. The cyborg proved too effective however, and mercilessly slaughtered dozens of alien thugs that were about to attack Iria. Upset at the thing’s brutality, she punched him in the chest and walked away. Unbeknownst to her, she damaged its control unit just enough to awaken Zeiram’s consciousness. Several minutes later one of the aliens tried to attack Cyber Zeiram with his last bit of strength, but fell short and vomited blood on the cyborg’s chest. The blood fully awakened the tentacle jaw, and it took full control of its new robotic body. He immediately sought revenge upon those who defeated it before, creating a Zone around the area and trapping Iria and Teppei inside.

History: Having taken control of his new robotic body, Cyber Zeiram immediately went after Iria. The two fought viciously, beating each other and trading blows evenly. Eventually, Iria managed to impale the cyborg through the head with her sword, leaving it dangling on the side of a building, seemingly dead. Hours later, the tentacle jaw in his chest awakened and pulled the sword out. It reactivated the body and regenerated its injuries. With renewed strength, Cyber Zeiram resumed his mission of revenge. Drawing battle with Iria again, he initiated the destruction of the Zone to make sure his targets would not be victorious again. The woman and the cyborg continued to fight as the Zone slowly disintegrated around them, and in a last-ditch effort to kill the creature Iria stuffed a grenade into its chest. The weapon exploded, badly damaging Cyber Zeiram. He still came, however, trying to take a transport device from Teppei and Kamiya. Iria fired on the creature with her handgun, blowing chunks out of its weakened frame with every shot. Finally the tentacle jaw exposed itself, and Iria blew its face off with a final shot from her gun. Ever relentless, a piece of the face was caught in the teleportation and tried to reconstruct itself back in the real world, but ultimately failed when Iria came through the portal and destroyed the last piece of Zeiram, killing the evil creature once and for all.

History: Using the genetic material he’s absorbed from his victims, Zeiram is able to create creatures to do his bidding. These creatures are quite weak, and Zeiram won’t think twice about killing them himself if they don’t meet his expectations. Several were unleashed on the humans that faced him, but killed within seconds of both encounters with the super-powered alien force.
