- Magical Powers: Being based on a magician, the EI-18 is equipped with magic-like offensive and defensive powers. Such things including turning projectiles sent at him into flowers and sparkling glitter and teleportation.
- Nanobot Body: The EI-18's body is composed of billions of Zondarian nanobots that can control humans. Being composed of these micro-machines allow him to manipulate his body so that stronger attacks pass straight through him.
- Grand Nova: When the EI-18's false core is attacked, it can create a very large Grand Nova. The Grand Nova acts much like a miniature sun, the temperature inside can reach thousands of degrees and riddle objects trapped inside with hundreds of explosions per second.

History: A new type of Zondar robot, the EI-18's core isn't actually hidden within the machine itself, but instead in the sewer system protected by two of the Zondarians. After a failed attempted to destroy GGG from the inside, the nanobots that tried to take over merged into one powerful, magician-shaped machine and began to attack. It was confronted by ChoRyuJin, but all of its attacks simply turned into flowers and glitter by the alien's strange powers. When GaoGaiGar came in to fight, Guy was faced with an all new type of battle. The EI-18 easily evaded most of its attack, but when finally striking it with the Hell and Heaven attack, the false core it grabbed created a powerful Grand Nova. Inside there for hours, Guy was hit by not only countless explosions, but also intense temperatures only found within the sun. Luckily, GaoGaiGar managed to escape with help from ChoRyuJin, and the dome, along with the EI-18 destroyed by the newly finished Goldion Hammer. In the sewer system, Big VolFogg fended off the Zondarians while Mamoru purified the core and ended the threat posed by the EI-18.
