History: Lurking off the coast of Farou Island, a true menace thrived. Coming ashore to feed on the native’s luscious berry juice, Oodako was a feared demon. On one of its quests, the cephalopod almost killed a small boy and his mother as the natives, and outsiders from Tokyo, tried to stop it. The commotion, however, had attracted the attention of the island’s primal king: King Kong!
The ape was enraged as the sea monster tried to feed on his juice. The ape moved in, grabbing the octopus and lifting it high into the air. Its tentacles tried to wrap around Kong’s head, but they weren’t powerful enough to harm such a behemoth. With a show of brutality, Kong threw the animal away and began to chuck boulders at it, making it flee!
Afraid for its life, the octopus left the sanctuary of Farou and ventured closer to the Japanese mainland where it began to attack ships. On one of its attacks, the octopus was suddenly ambushed by Gaira! The green Gargantua showed the beast no mercy and used his strength to send the octopus fleeing for its life, never to return to such hostile waters again.
