History: After being hired to deliver Schwarzwald is final pay check, Roger found himself facing Schwarzwald once again in a former battlefield littered with age old debris of war machines. Schwarzwald still was after the total destruction of Paradigm City, and also the revenge against Roger Smith for defeating him earlier in the year. The Big Duo Mummy leaped into the air and came crashing down in front of the Big O, and the two entered a battle of strength. As Big O pushed the mummy back, it fired its eye beams, making Roger back away before also firing his own. The mummy fired once more, and the beams collided. As a bright light blinded all in the area, the Big Duo Mummy unleashed its bandages upon the Big O, coiling around its head. Big O's chest lifted up to reveal several guns, and with a few missiles and other weaponry, the Big Duo's bandages were burnt off its body, and the true for was uncovered.

- Eye Beams: Big Duo can fire twin beams of energy from each eye. These beams are pretty powerful, enough to burn through most forms of armor.
- Missiles: Big Duo can fire several, average strengthed missiles from his chest ports.
- Megaton Missiles: Big Duo can lower its legs from its body, exposing the upper portion of the knees. When this happens, it can fire out extremely powerful and destructive Megaton Missiles, missiles strong enough to completely demolish large portions of a city, and vaporize several meters of the area.
- Smoke Screen: Big Duo can emit a cloud of smoke from body, this allows him to make quick getaways and confuse foes.

History: After the bandages were burned off Big Duo, its true form stood tall and began to release smoke. As Roger Smith's vision was blocked, the Big Dup escaped into the air. After retreating from Big O, Schwarzwald didn't give up his plans to destroy Paradigm city, and once again confronted Roger Smith. His massive machine flew around the building before picking up the mad man, causing Roger to once again summon Big O, but there was one problem; Big O's weaponry hadn't been replaced from the past battle, Roger was now fighting with no weapons, and Big Duo was fast on the offensive. The red machine tackled Big O to the ground, and began to grip its head, attempting to crush it along with Roger. Big O fought back with the piston punch, but Big Duo took to the air before it struck, giving Roger enough time to stand back up. The black Megadeus fired its anchor at the flying machine, tying around the robot's feet. Big Duo looked back and fired its own eye beams, destroying the chain. It then turned around, and legs unhitched from the body, and the Megaton Missiles fired.

Big O looked up and fired back with its eye beam, but it was too late, the missiles struck the ground, destroying the entire area with a ball of fire. When the smoke cleared, Big Duo once again landed, Big O was gone. Schwarzwald's victory was cut short though, for hanging from the roof of the dome, Big O hung on its remaining anchor. Before Big Duo could react, Big O dropped from the sky, throwing the red machine off its feet with Big O punching at its head. The two started to slide down the side of the crater formed by the Megaton Missiles, one of Big Duo's arms ripping off. Once coming to a stop, Big O crushed the red Megadeuse's head with its piston punch, but the flee Schwarzwald and Roger both looked on it total awe as the red machine got up with no pilot, and started to crawl to Paradigm Headquarters, its hand stretched out, before it finally collapsed, but after its defeat, the Big Duo started to be repaired and rebuilt.

History: After hiring Beck to help the fixing up of Big Fau, Alan Gabriel took full command of the newly rebuilt Big Duo, and went strait after Roger when he tried to save Dorothy from being kidnapped. The red Megadeus once again battled Big O, piloted by Roger. This time, Big Duo was equipped with more powerful weapons built to bring Big O down, and piloted by half man half machine Alan Gabriel, whom had merged into Big Duo view wires that connected to his every nerve, Big Duo was a formidable foe. At first, even Big O's piston punch couldn't bring the robot down, and the drills did major damage to Big O's arm, preventing him from using it. When Big Duo was on top of Big O, drilling into his build, Roger fired several anchors into the red giant, and pushed him into the air where it was met with dozens of missiles and cannon blasts. Big Duo landed several yards away, its body broken up in many places, but Alan wasn't finished yet.

Big Duo continued to attack, this time forming two drills. The massive machine once again attacked, but Big O pushed its body into a building, and held its head within its hand. The O Thunder then emerged from its arm and fired, blowing off Big Duo's head and also destroying several parts of the building he was pinned against, and the buildings behind that. The headless body dropped to the ground, thought to be dead, but Big Duo and Alan still refused to give up, and Big Duo continued fighting on against its black nemesis, that is until Schwarzwald returned, either in physical or ghost form, and regained control of his machine, and the same wires that connected Alan to the machine, started to suffocate him to death, and Big Duo vanished in the clouds. As the massive robot kept on gaining altitude, it reached the very top of the Paradigm City roof, the roof that not one person, besides its creator, knew about. The machine exploded on contact, and the pieces that fell also descended with large chunks of the structure.
